These slokas are from chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita. They describe the cyclical nature of the world and the role of dharma (righteousness or duty) in maintaining balance in the world.

In Sloka 4.7, it is said that whenever dharma (righteousness) declines and adharma (unrighteousness) increases, the Lord incarnates in the world to protect the good, punish the wicked and re-establish dharma.

In Sloka 4.8, it is stated that the Lord takes birth in every age to protect the virtuous and destroy the wicked, and to re-establish dharma and righteousness. The Lord’s purpose is to preserve the balance of the world by destroying evil and promoting good.

In summary, “Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya Sloka” suggests that the Lord incarnates in the world from time to time to protect and promote righteousness, and to restore balance and harmony in the world.
